  Love catching up with my friends at Botanicas, the atmosphere has changed of late! Don't know what has changed, regards management, but atmosphere not the same!
  One management guy, not people friendly at all!

  Nice bar with a good outdoor courtyard for smokers and non smokers. The staff get a bit mixed up about their specials and bookings (have had a function here preciously), just not as smooth as you would hope. Told different things by different people etc. website not up to date. Generally a nice place with good food - although I’d say the food is only worth the price if you get a special, which they usually have on. But it depends what you think is reasonable for a pub meal!

  Good atmosphere, food was nice and reasonable prices. Only downside for me while having a meal and chat with friends, it was very busy and very loud

  Specials are always great. Beef and gravy roll with chips are done great and priced how it should be for a pub. Worth it.

  Food was great. Friendly attentative staff. Drinks reasonable. Nice decor and atmosphere. Desserts look yummy on display but need to be properly stored to prevent them drying out. The thing I didn't enjoy the most was the smell from the smokers area that blows inside the restaurant from the supposedly separated alfresco area. Think this needs to be properly sectioned off using glass or doors as the non smoking sticker isn't doing its job. Good Sat night out with a group of friends was had though overall.

  Pizza looked and tasted like a frozen pizza, not worth the money. Service was good from most staff but not all.

  Comfortable atmosphere. The staff where approachable. It was cheap shanks Tuesday. 2 large shanks for $15. So I find it hard to comment on the food quality. I'll definitely visit again.

  Loving their Monday night $10 specials with the purchase of any drink. Curry of the day with rice and pappadums ( I've had green chicken and beef rogan josh so far) and chicken parmi with chips and salad. Great quality, quick service and lovely alfresco area. Great wine & beer. We love it. Great deal!

  Excellent place to kick back and enjoy.
  Had the Botanical burger today for lunch. Burger wasn't together well and fell to one side due to sogyness. Tasty burger though.
  Had stone n wood ale on tap and loved it.
  Will go back again.
