It does have grass, but with a dirty sand pit and little else to commend, this is a park that deserves minus stars!

Powell Reserve Uninspiring name
Sitting between a crappy block of flats that memorialized bad 1970's bland design and the unassuming, Tuart Hill water reservoir, this park is popular for dog walkers and (I'm told by locals) anonymous sexual encounters, though ostensibly, not at the same time. 😜
I can not personally confirm this disconnect. 😌
The best thing about this park is the view of Perth City at sunset
On Australia Day it gets packed. As in so packed you can't drive along it!
The worst aspect are the massive and totally unecessary 30cm tall speed humps on the off street parking.
