  I live interstate and to organise quotes for a retaining wall (1m high x 36m long ) and a fence (40m long ) that were damaged during the recent crazy weather was extremely upsetting. I just did not know where to begin and who to get in touch with. Not only did my Property Manager and my fence-sharing neighbour try to organise quotes, I also had contacted 8 companies and difficult was to say the least. Some did not even bother to contact me back. Some took their sweet time to get back to me and some were asking ridiculous prices. I was beyond stressed until I came across this family owned and run business. I decided to approach Bluestone Retaining Walls & Fencing and Tayla was just great from the get go. Our communication method was mostly done via same day emails which suited me better as I was at work until quite late and all correspondence needed to be forwarded to my Property Manager as well as my fence-sharing neighbour. The times that I did needed to speak to her on the phone, Tayla was so very lovely. Not only did Bluestone Retaining Walls & Fencing's quote came back in a jiffy, it crushed all of the other companies' quotes. They were the only ones to offer 50 years warranty on their concrete retaining wall, and that says a lot about them because the other companies offered a measly 15-25 years. So after reading the many detailed reviews from their past happy clients (do ignore the fake reviews - they are probably from their jealous competitors, pretty sad really) I decided to trust my gut instinct and to go ahead with them. Because of me living interstate, Tayla kindly liaised between my Property Manager and my fence-sharing neighbour for me. That was a huge burden taken off my shoulders. There were no hiccups from the moment the deposit was paid to the moment the job was finished. Tayla kept me informed all along the way, when the job was booked in, when the materials had been delivered onsite, when the piers were all drilled and when the job was all done, dusted and completed. The feedback from my Tenants via my Property Manager was that the team were professional, onsite on time, courteous, hard working and everything was cleaned up. How awesome is that? This huge job was finished in about a week's time. I am really glad that I trusted my gut instinct and went ahead with Bluestone Retaining Walls & Fencing. I cannot express my gratitude to Tayla, Craig and the team enough for taking on this job. It is really a shame, that they are based in Queensland and not where I reside because I would definitely use their services again on my own property. Thank you again and God bless!

  - Great Value. Price compared to others in the current market was competitive
  - Fast Service. Needed to move in new house and they made sure fencing could be organized on the same day.

  We had bluestone redo a fence for us that was done by another fencing company (it was originally made with substandard footings and was damaged by machinery on our property so needed replacing)
  Tayla got us a quote with impeccable timing, and while materials took a bit longer than planned, they stayed in touch and when it was time to build the fence Zac had the old fence down, and the new fence up and installed in two days, with retainment too. Such nice people and excellent at what they do, highly recommend

  I engaged Bluestone Fencing to remove and replace our existing and very old retaining wall, which had been damaged during the floods (over the years). I also wanted a fence built seamlessly on top to replace the hedges and provide privacy, while also allowing us to maximise our space in the yard.
  From start to finish, Bluestone never failed to impress me with their attention to detail and work ethic. This was evident in their finished product and I was completely blown away by just how good the retaining wall and fence turned out. So good.
  The transparency and flexibility received from the office was very reassuring and honest. I found every one of their staff engaging and pleasant and would (and do) recommend Bluestone Fencing to anyone in need of their services.

  I am extremely happy with the quality of work & price of Bluestone Fencing and Landscape. I received 3 quote for my property which was 96 L/M and Bluestone was the fastest with getting the quote back and also very competitive with pricing by $2000.
  We accepted the quote and the job was done in a very quick time frame. Tayla was also great with communication all through the process and I would use them again. I would highly recommend Bluestone if you want the quality of workmen-ship and the good old fashion customer service.
