Good park lots of walks to enjoy

Plenty of beautiful spots by the river, doesn't feel busy even when lots of people are there due to separated layout. Has several tables / chairs, gazebos and BBQs available for public use. Costs money to drive into the car park but you can park a few hundred meters away for free if you don't mind walking up and down a big Hill.

All we could ask for - lovely quiet location with some interesting walks, mineral spring, friendly ranger, Brad and good emenities.

Really enjoyed our stay here, felt very welcome from the moment we arrived from the park owners. The 4 stars is simply due to there not being ensuite sites for the caravans

Just came for the springs and walk. Beautiful area but the track could be better marked we felt pretty lost most the way and it took two to three times as long and distance wise twice to three times as long as the sign post suggest, in saying that though I think we may have taken a wrong turn due to no signage.

Blackwood is the most peaceful place to be where you can relax enjoy a cappuccino and cupcakes and so much more also scrolling around the bush looking into the past were the old timers we're panning for gold. Today remains are left behind reminding us of the hard work taken place at that time, for the old timers searching for the color of gold.
