Unbelievable service and workmanship. Fantastic mechanic and workshop. Russell and his team have really looked after me and my two bikes. The first had problems no other mechanic could fault. Russell identified and fixed the fault within an hour. My second bike just had it’s latest service and it runs like a dream and is always cared for with that extra level of personal care. Thankyou for your help over the years and appreciate your patience with me wanting to know everything about everything and you taking the time to explain clearly and concisely.

Thank you. The work on my bike was done in half the time I was quoted. Since I rely on my bike to commute to work the quick turnover has saved me a good chunk of cash. The quality of the work was perfect and I will be using Bikecraft for all my servicing from now on.

I tow my bikes up from Townsville to have Russel work on them as I think he is better than anyone in Townsville. He dyno tuned my 04 ktm 525 ( which I have owned since new) a couple of years ago and it now runs better than it ever has as he dismantled the carby and drilled out the mainjet (I wish I had brought to him many years earlier). I once towed up my KTM 950 super enduro and gave him a box of many aftermarket items as well as custom mods(way too many to mention) he was not fazed and did a perfect job, one item was a new vacuum fuel pump to replace the unreliable electric fuel pump and he even dismantled the vacuum pump beforehand to make sure it was properly made. He fixed a electrical short on my Ducati under warranty and fitted a full staintune exhaust and powercommander 5 and dyno tuned it perfectly. I am considering purchasing a MV Agusta Brutale 1090 only because Russel is in Nth Queensland otherwise I would never again consider a MV as I previously owned a 02 F4 750 and had a lot of trouble with it and Townsville mechanics. I am 55 and have owned about 22 or 23 bikes and Russel and his son together with his dyno skills are the best I have ever experienced. Barry Jones, Townsville.

I have used Russell for many years and he has never failed to deliver.
Without exception he has performed the tasks I have required to a standard that is well above other establishments in town.
I have no hesitation recommending him.
I consider him to be THE best motorcycle mechanic in Cairns.
His workshop and dyno room are spotless ( you could eat off the floor )
Also my bikes always leave his workshop cleaner than when they arrived.
He is also very pleasant to deal with, and easy to understand.
BTW, this review is totaly unsolicited, I was just looking on his website and noticed that there were no reviews.response / report this review
