Really nice place, overall. Good value. Really enjoyed my room. Only major drawback was that I did not have hot water in the morning, and the wireless was completely unusable. Excellent location, wonderful staff.
Loved the pool access room. Having fun.
Clean room, good customer service and good communication. Complimentary continental breakfast provided was more than enough for 2 people.
Great experience with our little family, 2 adults 2 children, very welcoming, clean, 2 king size beds, relaxing and beautiful. We only stay for one night but it felt like we stay there longer. The bristo next door was great too, we had dinner and breakfast very delious food. The staff from both place were very welcoming and had great service. Would recommend this place to anyone. So much to see and do.
When booking the receptionist Helen was a gem went above and beyond .
Upon arrival the room was clean just looked bigger in the picture.
In house massages were awesome!! So worth booking the romance package!!!
Great Place, great room. Just amazing!
Great place. Good size rooms and breakfast. Bar downstairs. Location very good
We bought a Luxury Escape voucher and were very pleasantly surprised. Even though the hotel was across the road from the Rye beach it was very quiet at night and we did not hear any traffic.
The facilities were excellent. Great room and large tiled bathroom with ample shelving. The meals at the Rye hotel both breakfast and dinner were varied, freshly cooked and delicious. Having free passes to the Peninsula Hot Springs was a bonus. Well worth a trip. Enjoyable few days!

Rooms were nice and comfortable beds, staff friendly and helpful. Had an amazing 2 day mid-week getaway. Hope to do again!
We booked a 2 nights deal with breakfast and a dinner voucher through luxuryescapes in this supposidly 4 star hotel. On arrival the building looked like a 2 star motel with dirty corridors leading to the room. The room was huge with a balcony overlooking the pool. Thats great we thought until we used the smelly towels. We went to have dinner at 8:40 pm the door was shut although advertised " Open till late" so we kissed our $50 voucher gpodbye. When reported to reception I got an earful on "This is how it is in Rye. We close early if not busy" I pointed out that hotel customers are rarely locals and have the right to be informed. So much for organisations using feed back for quality improvement. The restaurant said they will inform reception and vice versa.
Our sleep was continously interrupted by loud humming of some kind of compressor in the building
My wife didnt eat her included egg benedictine breakfast next morning? It was all soggy with oil and the salmon was off. Overall a disappointing experience.
Modern rooms in the hotel with a lovely view out onto the pool and spa. Staff were lovely and always helpful. Highly recommend to anyone looking to have a weekend away.
