Berwick Toyota Service was excellent! Major service done on a tight schedule, completed flawlessly. Assistant Service Manager, Imdaad, went above and beyond for me, couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had my three year warranty which was fine but they were unable to repair a puncture just recently. I was told I had to buy a new tyre which wasn’t the case. Bridgestone Beaconsfield we’re able to fix with no problem at all. If you use Berwick Toyota be very careful of what they tell you.

Toyota Berwick delivers such great service while you wait. Had my 60K service waiting in while working from Berwick Toyota. Fantastic coffee and a superb location to do Teams meetings as I waited for my car to finish. Will keep coming back for service here.
