Renovated shopping centre, underground parking great for summer, with entrance from carparks as well. Right next to Bendigo bus/Rail station and Discovery Centre for kids!

The Bendigo Marketplace is kept clean at all hours of the day thanks to the ever-present cleaning-staff.
The food court is large and very popular during lunch hours (again, tables are cleaned constantly).
Plenty of places to rest your tired feet from all that shopping! Seating provided at all corners.
There's a wide variety of shops and outlets available to browse making for a great day out with friends/family.
Shops & restaurants continue outside.
Plentiful parking surrounds the Bendigo Marketplace, front + back, with undercover/underground parking available.

My wife who is 33 weeks pregnant collapsed in store at Safeway Marketplace yesterday. Jason and his staff went above and beyond to help her and my son in a very difficult situation. My sincere thanks go to Jason and his staff. Thanks to their help, my wife, son and yet to be born son are all safe and well. Thank you Safeway Marketplace.

Certainly the transformation that took place a number of years back, made the Marketplace more in keeping with what the average shopper would expect from a large central shopping centre. The shopping is generally very good, although I think a few of the tenancies could certainly do with an upgrade and it's in dire need of an electronic goods store now that Dick Smith is gone. I hope the Centre Management uses the example of its past success with update and expansion to stay ahead of consumer demand and continues to deliver great shopping experiences.

Absolutely shocked at the lack of service from Better Home at Bendigo Market Place. Service and Customer Satisfaction does not enter that shop. Recommend no one buys from them they are only interested in taking a persons money and don't care if they get the product they want.
Rude and rip off merchants.
