Perth's best Banh mi thit ( pork). Wouldn't recommend the sugarcane juice. Deals with allergy issues well. Also accommodates flavour variations (no chilli,extra coriander, more chilli etc) rather well.

My friends and families kept telling me how awesome Ben Thanh's baguette are so I had to give them a try. I even took my partner for the testing :)
The baguette was crunchy and crispy. The sauce was nice. They did put in chilli for us (some places hold back on the chilli, for some odd reason). The meat tasted delicious. We were giving all positive feedback, but then a hour later we BOTH had a stomach ache, and that was the only food we had that was the same. Am not 100% sure that it was from their baguette, but the evidence do point there. Giving it a 3 star. Maybe will try again later in the future.
