Booked a double room. One has aircon and one has proper lighting. Unfortunately each room has only one each. The advert looked better than the room.
Much better options available in Belconnen for similar prices. It could be worse, but not by much.
Just the right place to stay. Cheerin
Even though it was a little basic, the bed was comfortable and I was grateful to have a roof over my head. The staff were also really nice. Cheers
Mate, Belconnen Soccer club and a cold schooey of Reschs is right next door. Clean and warm accommodation. What more do you need?
Great location, super helpful staff. Large room which was perfect for our family.
If you ring the hotel you will get a cheaper rate than third party websites. Room was very clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities were good and would stay here again as the location was good.
Fantastic hotel but the TV channel I wanted and requested wasn't working, and they expect you to wash the dishes but are upset about providing dish soap when you run out. Still one of the best hotels in Canberra though
A gem in Belconnen. Close to shops, on the main bus route and the rooms are perfect for a good stay
I stayed 20/4/17 in room 230, I looked at the room on the website and took a picture of mine when I arrived. It looked like a room from from the way eighties and had me believe the picture on your website was stolen from another site.
All I could smell all night was cigarette smoke and I could hear the people next door like they where in my room. And what sort of motel does not have room service?
I would never stay there again you'd advertising is false your facilities are so out of date. I'm wondering where you get your 3.5 star rating that like the room might be. Carry over from the eighties.
Very disappointed considering the price I was expecting a whole lot more
Rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable enough. The kitchenette is poorly stocked with utensils and the cook top consists of a camp stove stored in the cupboard that takes forever to even boil water let alone heat the terrible pans, don't plan on cooking. Having said that the rooms are alright for the price.
It's a practical and straightforward hotel/ motel/ serviced apartments business.
It's right next door to a woolies, Shell, bakeries, a couple of restaurants, BWS and another drive thru bottle shop. Plenty of parking spaces especially if you include woolies lot.
Fiona (day manager) and Amanda (evening receptionist) were easy to deal with. Shower area may be tight for big people, however (Queen room).
Great for an overnight stay. Everything was clean and good to be close to the shops. A 10-15 min drive from most things.
