Today was my first visit here and I was a little unsure what to do with my dog, the girl on the phone was so lovely and fitted me in. When I got there the staff were lovely, Eloise was great in getting my dog to be comfortable with her. He left with a bandage cast on his front leg which the nurse did in the most AMAZING pac-man print she had made Herself, this wasn’t just printed on this was authentic custom made! I’m so pleased with this clinic. 10/10

Couldn't have chosen a better Vet. Shannon and the team were genuine, compassionate and amazing during the tough process of looking after and eventually having to put down our dog. Spot on diagnosis and genuinely interested in the best outcome for our dog. Thanks again.

Thanks dr shannon , zooey was a bit of a mess when she went to the vet pooing out blood, not sleeping etc, the diet prescribed and the medications used had zooey comfortable enough to sleep all afternoon, and a few days later she is much better, thanks for the quick and effective service.

So happy with the care we have received for our puppy. He had a bit of a rough start with the runs and the receptionists were so helpful and friendly and were able to help us avoid bringing him in if it wasn't necessary. When we came in for his vaccination everyone was absolutely amazing. He was given heaps of treats and pats to ensure he doesn't develop a fear of the vet. When we returned home we were discussing with our neighbours how pleased we were, only to find out that they also go to this practice and have been impressed with the outstanding care by Shannon. Lovely to see a work place that clearly enjoys and takes pride in their work.

When our spoodle Tiki wasn't eating well, we took her to see Doctor Rob, and he found she had a infected tooth. He was able to book her in the very next day for a surgery and she had her Ouchy removed. She is now happily back at home with us eating again thanks to the loving care of all the staff at Belconnen vet.
