We've been to GVH a few times due to their close proximity. Friendly staff and good service. Unfortunately they are one of the most expensive vets in Canberra (and relative to other states, vet services in the ACT are ridiculously expensive). We've since found an equally good vet clinic nearby that is significantly cheaper.

We have had many visits to Gunghalin Vet Clinic and every time they go out of there way to help. They always try to fit out puppies in as soon as possible and take the best care. We will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone.

Lovely, caring staff. Bit on the expensive side, but most vets are. Don't recommend the puppy training here. Otherwise a great vet.

Fantastic, caring, and professional team. We have a chronically ill cat who is always given the best care. The vets have gone above and beyond to diagnose and treat our cat. Even though we have moved out of area we wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

My labrador puppy had 2 different surgeries at Gungahlin Vet, the 1st time it was complicated by a serious infection, but the second one went fine. What surprised me both times was that the surgeon who actually performed the surgery never does the follow up, it is always a different doctor, as if you are at the walk in bulk billing clinic. I think it is the responsibility of the surgeon who performs the surgery to also do the follow up. I do understand that they are a team, but still.

Fantastic vets, nurses and reception staff.. I was very distressed when my cat had major surgery to remove a tumour from his abdomen. The staff were so kind, supportive, informative, and called me after hours to provide updates. The Vet Pay system is a fantastic mechanism that provides you piece of mind that your pet is receiving all the best treatment and takes the hassle from worrying about coming up with a considerable amount of money upfront.

I've been to a few vets due to moving around but this is the first time I felt as though the vet was not really interested in my dog. It felt like she was just going through the motions. That may be her manner , however, I was given several medications not really consulted on whether I could purchase them all on that day and not given the price of any before everyone just assumed I could purchase everything. Reception staff were lovely.
