Called in with a faulty salt water chlorinator. John was brilliant to deal with and managed to get the entire unit replaced under warranty saving me a big chunk of money. I strongly recommend Baulkham Hills Pool Shop for all your pool needs!

As a new pool owner these guys are amazing and I highly recommend. Don’t go anywhere else.
In store they are friendly, attentive and extremely helpful.
I also arranged for someone to come around to help for a leak and he was just as friendly and helpful.

What can I say? I wish I could rate 6 stars for their service. First of all, this was my first pool and the pump broke down in couple of months after moving in. I searched online and went ahead with their rating - rest assured I rate them the highest too. Mr. Stephen took the appointment promptly over call. Mr. Steve visited to remove and fix the pump back and shared his honest opinion and advice through-out. Mr. Paul sent the invoice and easy option to pay online. After hearing so many stories about being ripped off, I truly experienced a honest, professional and trustworthy service. If you are wondering about only a few reviews (like I did at the beginning), they are a new local pool shop and have an established branch in Epping that has amazing reviews. Thanks BHPS team and special thanks to Steve for the wonderful advice!
