Excellent service and products. We once needed a custom battery made for a piece of old equipment - and these are the guys who built it from scratch. Yep: if they don't stock it, they can make it. Of course, that can be pretty expensive!

Great staff who really know batteries. They have batteries for everything, and even obscure batteries are able to be in store in just a few days!

7 months after buying a battery here, I started having troubles starting the vehicle in the morning.
Go in to have them test if there's a slow drain that's sapping the battery overnight, they do a quick test, declare the battery faulty, and switch it for a new one under warranty on the spot, while also replacing a dodgy nut that had been annoying me on the terminal.
These guys are the definition of good service and always have been.response / report this review -

Battery World, Phillip in South Canberra has been our preferred business for solving battery, electrical and air conditioning issues for our vehicles and camper for over 10 years. The business has a great range of vehicle batteries for different applications and all sorts of batteries for other products like shavers, portable and mobile phones.
The Franchise Owner, Mark Roberts has been a long standing owner of the business and is involved in the local community. Over the years Mark has imparted his knowledge at our local 4WD Club meetings on several occasions.
The business has a skilled team of professional staff who engage well with customers to promptly solve all sorts of problems. For us they have promptly diagnosed and fixed minor problems like flat batteries through to complex power leakage and air conditioner issues.
I highly recommend Battery World in Phillip, South Canberra.response / report this review -
