Very nice shopping centre however it's small, my recommendation is the shopping centre management try to get any popular brand company to rent out store there and close late hour, it will help out the other retailers to close late and improve the traffic of customers, it will take time to be busy but I recommend one of the store below, ..
Target, monkey mania, pet store kids store
Good luck
This review is specifically for A Slice of the Middle East at Bass Hill Plaza, as there isn’t a way on google where I can write it specifically towards this amazing store.
I live a street away from Bass Hill Plaza, and for some odd reason I had never found a reason to visit A Slice of the Middle East as I only go to the Plaza for work, something urgent or to grab something to eat.
I had to stop by A Slice of the Middle East as a family member had forgotten to purchase something from there, so I had came there to purchase it for them.
When I tell you I was absolutely shocked at how interesting the store had looked with all of its items, along with the cleanliness and how everything is professionally placed in its own area, I mean it.
There was a middle-aged lady at the counter who was so enthusiastic and seemed like she had a passion for customer service, and I felt very comfortable around her compared to other stores. She seemed like the type of employee who you can chat with for hours, even though it’s not really appropriate to do so lol.
After I had purchased what my family member had needed, I left with a feeling of comfort and a smile on my face. I was already pondering on what I would need from this place so I can come back again.
Keep it up A Slice of the Middle East, you are really doing a great job at what you all do!
Recent renovations have done little to improve the shopping experience. The updated toilets are the best feature. Not enough variety of shops now. They also removed the internal stairs between levels so the escalator or lift are the only options
A little small but it has a few great shops. The butcher and chemist are my favorites here. Also good amount of parking out front.
Very nice to shop here, plenty of car park available. Less crowd during evening. Wet wipes available at the entrance. Maintained pretty well. Can get almost everything needed for our household here from kmart, Aldi and Woolies.
The local shopping centre. In renovations atm so it should be exciting to see how it turns out. Nice variety of supermarkets and speciality stores.
small shopping centre with all the essential like woolies kmart Aldi anytime fitness.
Owners doing the whole shopping centre up and it is looking fantastic and rejuvenated
Hair Management is awesome! Got the exact style I wanted just by showing them a photo! Very reasonable prices, great staff!
A pretty decent shopping centre in south-west Sydney, but as you can see by the pics, desperately in need of a makeover.
It’s got all of the essentials you need, like Woollies, K-Mart and food/cafe optionshowever the food court seating is pretty much non-existent, and parking can be a nightmare (depending on the time of day).
Some refurbishments/renovations and a few more “brand” stores could really improve things.
