Don't stay there!!!!! to run down omg the bathroom toilet is for a child so low to the floor very very small tv the wifi was alright when U could get it the front door U had to slam it to close it parking your car next to your room was a pain so please look around before U book this place the staff r good and kind

Booked for 2 night ,tryed to charge an extra $10 onto the second, night, already paying $139 per night. Very underwelmed, out dated, musty smell, smallest tv ever, chipped plaster, chipped peeling doors, as for the tiles and grout in the bathroom, toilet is that low it would suit a childcare centre. Radio from,the 80's that doesn't even work. Curtains didn't close properly because hooks broken, so the light outside streamed in all night. Towell are good. Definitely won't be back.

Booked for Monday and Tuesday and was told the 2nd night would cost an additional 11% on the cost of the first night even though both were week nights! Apparently being busier on Tuesday justifies the price hike.

Got into Ballarat about midnight and two other motels couldn't be bothered to open the office even though they had vacancies. Mid City stayed on the phone with street by street instructions to get us there and then upgraded our room at no extra charge.

Right in the heart of Ballarat. Lovely breakfast in the restaurant and heaps to choose. 24hr reservation service with helpful and friendly service.

Just spent 3 nights here, the best place I have stayed in ballarat. Very helpful staff when my son cut his hand open they couldn't do enough. Room was very comfortable and big. Had a beautiful hot breakfast will be back gor sure

Its ok for what you pay but very noisy and busy place full of travelling workers coming and going and loitering all hours of the night. Showers way too small and short and beds needed replacing.

My wife was very happy with the way she was treated by the reception staff. Good free wifi and very close to the best cafe and restaurant in town. Great value.
