Deeply appreciate Erica's assistance today. Although my twins are still months away but Erica was very kind to explain all the difference between prams, car seats, beds and other items for me. We will definitely be back just because Erica is there!

Absolutely the worst customer service ever experienced and what is worse, in a store that should be catering for parents with the arms full and emotions running high with managing newborns and little ones. I return here out of necessity from time to time and only once have I had a positive experience. Staff do not acknowledge you, lines can run so very long without anyone apologising or using initiative to pause what they’re doing and clear it. It’s actually unbelievable. Staff training desperately needed.

Poor customer service, no acknowledgement or greeting. Went to counter as could not find anyone on floor, told to find staff assigned to that area. Which could not be seen. Do not waste your time and go to babyroad around the corner, ladies are lovely and more than wanting to help.

Recommend this store staff are so helpful we bought our pram from here and had an issue and it was sorted and new frame arrive 5 days later (I did call to find out thought as needed the pram) we buy alot of our baby items from here and love that baby bunting price match even online prices. Also love once tour a VIP they store your receipts and your warranties are all recorded:)
