I have been to this restaurant a few times and absolutely love the saag (spinach) chicken. Creamy and flavoursome. Very enjoyable and much better than anywhere in Cairns where I reside.
I have also had the masala chicken and was very happy with that as well. The chicken korma was OK but perhaps I need to try the lamb korma which seems to be very popular. The $20 take away deal for one is a great option with a very generous serve of garlic naan.
That deal is only supposed to be butter chicken however the kind staff have allowed me to have saag or masala chicken in its place. Thank you Baba Curry.response / report this review -

The food here’s is extremely authentic and amazing! Good portion size, we are a family of 6 and ordered the banquet. Even my little toddler loves the food and wouldn’t stop eating. Very much recommended if stopping in Atherton.

It’s true, this is the best Indian restaurant in far North Queensland!

This is a very charming family-run restaurant. The food was really delicious and came quickly. Our lamb and chicken were super tender, and the flavour of the curries were very authentic. Loved it!!

This place really has the authentic taste using the right combination of spices that I find very satisfying as a south east Asian. It was a very lovely surprise considering we haven't found many places in Queensland that hits the flavour combination. Would definitely recommend!

Delicious food. Great service. Very friendly staff. Been here a few times over the few weeks I had in Atherton and would go back for more when I visit Atherton again.

Their Butter Chicken, and Rogan Josh is the tastiest examples I've ever come across of those 2 dishes!!! (that is the only 2 dishes I've tried, from Baba Curry so far- but I intend on slowly working my way through their menu- to taste all of their other amazing sounding dishes too!). Oh, the Naan bread is also delectable! My husband and I love eating Baba Curry for dinner! :D

Delectable Dining
Whether you just want something fast or you prefer more of a dining experience, Baba has you covered. The curry here is nothing short of exquisite. I went with the paneer and the butter chicken and they were so flavorful that I found myself wanting more rice! The staff here are quiet but very friendly and they cook the food right there in front of you.
Also, the actual dishes that they serve their food in are beautiful and make for a complete Indian experience.
