Easy for propane refills. Flat charge per size, it doesn't get weighed so make sure it's empty. Seem to have good selection of goods

Having just gone in to buy over $1200 of fishing gear to use as prizes in a promotion I had a full shopping trolley plus my arms full. At no time did a staff member offer assistance despite there being several standing around and no other customers (Tuesday morning). I was then told I could leave my items on the floor after paying for them and make several trips to my car in their parking lot. This is beyond poor service. I have more I need to buy but will go elsewhere.

Well what can I say. I have been shopping at BCF for many years. Boating Camping and Fishing are three of my most favourite activities. I could spend hours in this store just looking as the range and variety of equipment is great. Followed by some awesome sales and everyday prices. The staff are Always friendly and eager to help. It is an absolute pleasure shopping here.

Ok so we all know BCF are too pricey on the small stuff like camping gear, fishing tackle etc however there aren't many competitors in as many location being the reason they can get away with ripping everyone off. I'm saying this because why not use some of that extra money to hire staff that actually know what they are talking about or even be bothered to help. Never have good experience with the staff especially at this location although not all the staff. 2 guys working in there could not care less about their jobs or actually assisting you. Won't go into the whole experience but seriously I could not have made it easier for the lazy brat, told him EXACTLY what I wanted and he just waddled over like I kicked his dog slow and clearly upset someone asked him to do something and pointed out something completely different. If you didn't know mate then just say it and not waste my time. Finally got to the counter after actually making an excuse to get rid of him and waited in line while the 1 cashier attempted painfully to give some others a discount, meanwhile 5 other staff stood around chatting In the store instead of attending the other 2 registers so I could pay and leave. Really poor effort guys and if I was the manager of this BCF I'd seriously be thinking of restaffing. What a joke. What.a.joke. hope they don't attempt to advise anyone on safety gear, would a serious possibly deadly mistake to trust these guys with that.

Disappointed!!!!! I purchased a hat amongst other items this afternoon only to arrive home and take the hat out of the packaging and find that it has the security tag still attached, Should staff not know/ realise this at the time of purchase. My son was to wear this hat tomorrow out on the water. so annoyed is putting it nicely, Just as well I live local and I can take it back into the store to have it removed but doesn't help me out for tomorrow as the store is closed and doesn't open in time to get it removed :( :( :(

Great prices,good range and friendly staff. Sometimes have to chase down staff to ask for advice.They dont seem to ask if you need help with anything when they see you.
