  Wow - I was in the line, I wanted to enquire about and buy the tour, there was a guy being served. When he was done, the girl behind the counter turned away, took a sip of her drinking bottle and then without acknowledging me, walked away. This place won't see me again. Pity, because their products are good

  This place had great coffee, liqueurs hence we bought one, latte liqueur bloody taste awesome to put on my new bar

  Spent the day, very interesting and delicious. No limit to the amount of sampling of coffee, tea, chocolate and liqueurs. Great value for money. Very friendly staff.

  Coffee was fine. Better than most around there as you'd expect it to be. The place over all though is just a tourist trap. A whole shop full of trinkets and junk you don't really want. Not my scene. Looks like they have perfected the art of separating tourists from their money though - the place was packed with people queuing up for a $10 piece of mud cake with whipped cream from a tin. Like I said, not my scene.

  The coffee and hot chocolate was wonderful. The staff in the restaurant were very courteous and friendly. There is a large range of items available for purchase. Prices are a little high (tourist prices). The young woman at reception was outstanding in her client service. I think her name was Trish. All in all, a very pleasant experience

  I don't even like coffee and this place was fun!
  For like 14 bucks (5 dollar discount if you bring in a coffee works pamphlet) you can drink as much coffee and eat as much chocolate as you like. They will even offer your kids non caffeinated delicious drinks and offer adults espresso for free!
  Besides this, they have a massive collection of coffee paraphernalia from all over the world and an audio self guided tour.
  The food is amazingI recommend the brisket sanga.I'm from Texas and I'd say the BBQ here could hang.
  Beautiful placepricey gift shop but def worth 2-4 hours if you have it.

  Fun place to visit. Lots of care in the decor and feel. Very good decaf! Prices a bit steep.
