  Most unprofessional company, no replies to emails or phone calls, didn't empty bin on time, when they eventually took full bin never replaced it. Paid for 12 months service and got 3 months. Would not recommend to anyone.

  In actual fact I have called myself several times and left messages with Karen for someone to call us.
  
  Yes bin was removed as it was full from Christmas new year period and driver lied about emptying it and we demanded some one come to empty or replace which took umpteen phone calls. We do have security video footage that verifies this.
  
  We then requested service be cancelled due to the lack of service and requested a refund for the remaining 9 months on our contract, of which your company broke agreements numerous times in only the 3 months we were customers of yours.
  
  We will also note that residential collection is required during business hours not the 9 or 10pm times that occurred by your contract of.
  
  Still waiting for you to contact us and issue refund..

  They smashed my car
  
  I had one of their trucks hit my parked car right in front of me and I've just had the cold shoulder.
  
  The driver did the right thing but zero back from the company

  Thank you for calling me back 15 minutes after l left a bad review
  
  Explain to us how it takes over 24 hours to get back to someone about a car accident but you can fit in a threatening phone call 15 minutes after a negative review?
  
  Threatening me with a drawn out claim process or not paying at all is ridicules. How is it that I deserve to be threatened when it was you guys who are in the wrong?
  
  Can you also explain why you have straight away left a 1 star review for me with the above just cut and pasted? It seems very childish and spiteful
  
  I have a reason to be upset with the lack of service and communication your company has shown on this issue
  
  For you to spread negativity about my business just out of spite, that is defamation!
  
  I'm happy to take another phone call about this as long as it is civil this time
  
  I'll happily take down the review if you do the right thing as is expected by a company of your size
  
  So no more threats, repair my car in a timely fashion and remove the spiteful review please
