My warranty claim was handled very efficiently. From lodging a claim to receiving replacement unit took 6 days. Highly recommended.

Such amazing service. I had a little issue with the wrong product being delivered. Lily (the customer service person) was extremely quick in getting back to me and making sure they got the right product to me. You can tell a lot about a business that acts quickly to solve the problem. Great products. Highly recommend them.

Super quick dispatch, and my items came the next day.
Their customer service lady Lily was super helpful with answering my questions regarding the model of the Mighty.
As for the Mighty? This thing is a beast.

Amazing customer service over email (Thank you Cathy). Prompt responses and felt like they genuinely cared about my experience, providing me with the best solution they could. The packaging had many layers of bubble wrap to ensure the product arrived to my safely, and they threw in a couple of lil candies too ☺️. Super happy with this service and will be returning for any future vaporizer needs!
