  George at PORTLITE provided me with something you don't often receive in the hustle & bustle of this world..genuine courtesy, helpfulness, a preparedness & willingness to go that extra mile to provide me with exactly what I was looking for. The bigger firms simply didn't care.
  Thank you George; I can't speak highly enough of your efforts for me.
  Anyone looking for a Security Door could not find a better provider.

  Called these guys up for an extremely easy job of replacing an old air conditioner unit with a fairly small window. Guy who took my call passed on the phone to some other guy. Not sure why. But anyway.
  
  Got told that "yeah, we cant do quotes because the boss is on holidays for 6 weeks, and hes the only person that can give you a quote.". How poorly managed that only one guy can give quotes!! So basically they cant get customers until the "boss" gets back from sippin down martinis call up the guys from cheltenham, getting a quote the next day after calling. Much better organised.
