Rob and the Toscano team designed, installed and have maintained our rainwater systems across three tanks totaling 11,000l. The integrated system supplies the garden and has worked seamlessly over the past twelve years. During that period that have replaced a pool pump a third party originally installed and undertaken other maintenance jobs including adjusting water pressure valves, gutter repairs and unblocking toilets.

Writing on behalf of my mum!

I have used Toscano Plumbing on several occasions Once to fix a leaking roof that several others had looked at and didn’t fix I have not had a problem since .They replaced a roof on a courtyard barbecue area, also fixed toilets and taps. I have not had any problems with the work carried out by Toscano Plumbing their service is prompt ,courtesy and overseen .I recommend them to my friends . Janice McLeod Lower Templestowe.

I do not do this very often but because these guys were so good I felt I had to. Turned up on time, professional and best of all cleaned up after themselves leaving the area better than they found it. Best Plumbing service I have ever used and would recommend to anyone.

The work is done without any hassle by the friendly team. Over the years I have always found their quoting to be transparent with no surprises when I received the final invoice. Shocking - do not go with this mob. Quoted to cap sewer on new house build without even coming to site. Their experience stated had to dig 3 meters, quoted 4K plus including shoring (2.5k) plus excavator etc. we agreed to that based on their knowledge of the area.
As it turned out, depth was only1.5 m (as highlited to us by our demolisher), no shoring required ( still had it delivered) our demolisher dug the hole for them as well.(still charged us for the dig) Basically about $50 worth of materials. There plumber verbally agreed to pay only cartage of shoring equipment as it was never used.
Never heard back, never responded to emails or texts. Then this mob sends the wolves onto us to pay the full amount (plus legal costs), we made a reasonable offer but they hid behind their legal people. Dishonest,and just a blatant rip off.

Had a few companies come out but these guys were easily the best.

Punctual and friendly, the plumbers made what is usually a painful experience, very easy.

They were professional and informative and helped us understand exactly what was going on and what we were paying for.

We really couldn't have asked for better service and will readily recommend them to anyone.

Recently had a leaking roof. Sent an email to Toscano plumbing at 7:30 pm. Had reply from Deanna within the hour arranged for visit the following day. Had Frank and Darcy arrive at arranged time. They took the time to discuss the situation and then showed me what they had done to rectify the issue. They were both very helpful in recommending what further measures I could take to ensure the roof was well maintained. I have previously used Toscano plumbing and have no reservations in rating their service as 5 stars.

The hot water system had a few leaks. I searched online to see if I could just fix it myself but was more involved than I thought. After being left in the lurch by a franchise mob we phoned up Toscano's Plumbing. The Plumber was on time and was very professional. Not only did he complete the job ( while keeping me updated on cost estimates ) in a timely manner, he also gave me advice on another issue I was having.
Very satisfied with Toscano's and would definitely recommend them.
