I ordered online with ACO - the processing time was exceptional! I placed the order at around 7 PM and it was processed by 10:15 AM the next morning; especially surprising since one of the items was apparently out of stock. They even had stock of an obscure item I'd never before seen stocked in Australia. Oh, and their power supply calculator seems accurate!

I ordered small items from them that should be fast and easy to post with AU Post Express service. Instead it took almost week (Mon to Thu) to call up courier to organize pick up for the items I've bought. As soon as I wrote them about my concern and asked for a refund they canceled my order so I couldn't add my review to the eBay. Damage was already done as I was in a hurry with these items. Refund took also fair amount of time. Not a good company to do business with if time is valuable to you.
