  Like others said, took funds but never delivered ignores calls txts emails.

  Takes money and does a runner. Not recommended. Scam.
  
  Dean Windram (operates under various company names) takes money and does not reply. Very rude replies (if any) and unprofessional. Quick to send invoice, this was paid about a month ago, he received the funds and after that no response or any indication on what is happening.
  
  I regret purchasing from this person. Stay away.

  Take a long time for them to installing the mailbox and take a long time for them come to fix problems. And the problem still there, when it’s rain there’s water in the mailbox every single time, and the base of mailbox it’s separated from mailbox itself, mailbox door make very loud noise when the wind blows. I really regret buying this mailbox!

  They have spent one month avoiding my calls and emails, after I completed work for them. I have sent multiple emails requesting payment for the agreed upon amount and havent even received anything.
  
  If they cant pay their dues, or have the decency and professionalism to address issues, I would not trust them to deliver a good service.
