I recently contacted Owen to provide a quote to fix the 4 leaks we had in our tin roof. They were particularly difficult to find and had caused us problems for many years.
Owen was very professional and very knowledgeable about his subject. I was very impressed with how thorough Owen was in determining where the leaks were coming from and he spent a great deal of the day repairing them. Once finished he provided me with photos and an in depth explanation of the problems.
I would absolutely recommend Cain Roofing and I will definitely be contacting Owen if I have another problem with our roof.

I have used Cain Roofing Restoration twice now and have been extremely happy with their work. The first time was to find a leak on our tiled roof. Owen was on time, methodical and found the issue quickly which turned out to be a tile securing clip incorrectly fitted creating an opening in the Sarking.
I required Cain Roofing services again to repair issues caused by other trades to repair cut Sarking and
re-point all ridge capping on my roof due to it's age and deterioration.
I have been very impressed with Cain Roofing services, from the promptness of the inspection and quote to the very impressive finished result. They were extremely tidy and left no mess at all.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Cain Roofing to anyone who wants to deal with professional tradesmen who take pride in their work are honest and not ridiculously expensive.

Owen attended to the callout in a very professional and prompt manner. He offered options to suit the various roofing / plumbing needs and was flexible in how we went about this. The job was completed in a timely manner and we have had no problems since Owen completed the work.

Owen kindly provided me with helpful advice about my roof restoration before I requested a quote. His advertisement said "all roof enquiries answered" and he did so without any obligation. The quote was very detailed and was indicative of Owen's expert knowledge in roof restoration and good problem solving skills for the specific issues I had. It was detailed and, along with the photographs provided, gave me a clear understanding of what work was required and how it would be completed. The restoration included the removal of 50 years of accummulated moss and lichen and the end result was outstanding. The work was completed efficiently and on time by a skilled team and there was good follow-up and communication throughout the whole process. I highly recommend the services of Cain Roofing.
Thanks Owen for a job so well done.

Owen and team have provided me with great peace of mind after being given the run around by another company. Owen's passion for roofing is evident in the detail he goes to in explaining the issue and what he needs to do to fix the problem. This transparency was greatly appreciated. I am a very happy customer and wish him continued success.

Website says 24/7 emergency roof leak repairs. Called just after 5pm with an emergency leak. Was completely uninterested in the job nor offered any information or advice to help. NOT 24/7. NOT PROFESSIONAL.
