We had a great experience with Scott and his team. They were flexible and responsive. Although our extension was fairly straightforward, Scott was still able to provide design ideas and opinions where needed. He is personable and a pleasure to work with. 2 of our town houses and one house were designed and drafted by Ausdraft, giving the complexity of the rules and regulations in these two suburbs, Scott and his team were able to design the houses in according to the requirements. We have received over 23 and 11 objections from the neighbours for the above developments, however we were still able to obtain the permits from 2 very difficult councils. We are very happy with the work that Scott and his team have delivered and highly recommend Ausdraft P/L for your house designing needs..
