We've been going to Parry to do our taxes for 3 years now. Parry is very pleasant to talk to and very well presented also. He asks us all the relevant questions and also answers our questions very clearly in layman's terms. He even did our taxes over the phone last year as we live on the other side of the city now. If u're looking for a accountant to do/ maximise your tax return like i did, please look elsewhere. DO NOT use this accountant. Did my tax late in May just past, instead of tax returned it ended up tax PAYABLE of $900 to ATO. Couldn't blame Parry as he's not ready to help & explained that he can only go by the book. (Never once in my 12yrs of working life i had debit tax return to ATO). Even so, as a professional accountant, it is your due diligence to advise your client that the tax returned in debit/ payable to ATO. You did not make aware & had zero communication with me, if i knew this was case i wouldn't have signed and let you lodged it. Now i ended up giving $1000 back (your $150 invoice + $900 to ATO). You're simply hopeless.
