  I would give it a zero!! 9 months ago A woman crashed into our rental, which is fine, no one injured, around $700 damages. Upon leaving the country, gold coast office (Kelly M) tried to get $4000au from us, told us we'd be covered by our travel insurance . We managed $3000au, paperwork was stuffed up (by kelly) travel insurance couldn't pay out (they were great though!). We have tried and tried to contact them only to get automated responses. Apparently aren't even a registered company anymore so we can't take them to claims court or anything!!! Please don't bother with these guys 😠

  Office is a.little way from the airport but.has a shuttle bus connection. Prices are very competitive.

  The shuttle took over 40 minutes to get to the airport even though it's a 7 minute drive to the car rental office. The car had tired bearings that made a grinding noise, shock issues when going over bumps. But worst of all we told them we needed to return the car early (5am) and they said no problem just leave it with Reddy parking (next door). No mention of a fee or anything. To my surprise at 5 in the morning with a flight departing soon, I'm being told I have to pay full day parking rate ($20) to leave the car there until Atlas opens at 7am. This was not mentioned or discussed or else i would have gone with other car rental company. Called their helpline and got no help at all. Basically they took the money and had the car back so they don't care anymore. Stay away from this company. Horrible car and horrible experience.

  Booked a ute on Thursday to pick up Friday morning. When I arrived the vehicle was not prepared, tray was full of mud and grass, cab was filthy with fast food wrappers, assorted paper and cigarette ash strewn throughout and there were bird droppings on the upper edge of the inside of the drivers door.The vehicle stank inside. There was dried mud on the seats. Fuel gauge was close to empty, when I mentioned this to the staff member, she said: "bring it back empty". I would have cancelled there and then, except I had to be in Brisbane that morning and didn't have time to go elsewhere. I rent vehicles on a weekly basis and will never rent from this company again
