Very good massage treatment, Michelle fixes all sorts of pain and issues with her excellent massage skills and knowledge.
Michelle is a most skilled and experienced massage therapist. She helped loosen very tight neck and shoulder muscles in half an hour. Usually it takes two days for me to fully recover from massage but incredibly I wasn't sore at all the next day!
This place is misunderstood and underappreciated. Michelle operates a one-woman show, so I'm not sure why people would expect her to provide deluxe administrative service. If you need to book an appointment, I suggest you send her a text message, as she usually responds quite quickly. Additionally, it is pretty obvious that English is not her first language, so whilst she may sometimes sound rude, I'm pretty sure that's not her intention.
If you can get over your trivial expectations and standards, you will experience one of the best masseuse that I have come across (anywhere). Michelle is the only masseuse that I will go to aside from a physio - she is that good. Her work on back, neck and shoulders is exceptional. I work a relatively stressful office job and Michelle is excellent at treating tight muscles in and around those areas. Her new shop is also very clean and comfortable. Aside from general massages, Michelle can also treat you with any muscle pain using Eastern techniques.
I highly recommend that you give Michelle a go. You will find her to be an extremely competent masseuse who is dedicated to her job and customers.
DO NOT GO!!!
I bought a scoopon for this massage place, and I got told off when I turned up without a printed voucher! Scoopon T&C said I can present voucher through my phone! The lady there rejected me with a raised voice and told me off. I ended up no massage. Even worse, I tried to get refund from Scoopon, the management told Scoopon a different story!!
Could not get thru on the supplied mobile phone (rang 15 plus times) number left numerous messages but no reply from them.
So i tried to make a booking thru the supplied web site, but everytime you press the "pay at venue" option, i am told that my payment method is incorrect and refers me back to the same options, so i go with the other payment option, credit card and all works fine, but i don.t want to pay by credit card as i have a gift voucher. Have attempted to do a simple booking now for 5 days and still no success.
Will now turn up in person and make the booking and let them know about my experience. Also why do i need to register with them, all i want is a simple massage and not be inundated with their and googles/facebooks advertising/spam crap. annoying but will persist in making a humble simple booking
