My daughter was unwell. Dr Pallavi was great and made everyone feel comfortable on video call. 5 stars for saving the day.

My son was sick and we couldn’t get to the emergency room as we are new to Melbourne. The doctor examined and saw my child on video and gave a diagnosis. We confirmed with our regular doctor the next day and it was correct. I was impressed by their skills via video conferencing! Thank you goes to the doctor and Remi on the phones.

I had too wait an extra 30 mins as the doctor was late but still worth it. They were very apologetic and in the end I got what I needed.

My daughter was unwell and Dr Vi was a godsend. Took my call at 3am and helped us with the ED transfer. Saved her life!

I had a great experience with this service. Instant scripts stuffed up my meds but Dr V made everything run smooth. I called at 2am and you can chat with a doctor straight away.
