  Highly recommend Joel and the team at Ascension Finance if you're looking for your first property, to refinance or to invest.
  
  I first worked with Joel back in 2017 when I purchased my first property. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me secure my property on a great loan package. I had little experience and knowledge myself but Joel made the process as seamless as possible for me.
  
  Over the last year, Joel helped me refinance that loan which was suffering from interest rate hikes. He found me a competitive rate with a great cash back bonus and made the proces as hassle free as possible.
  
  The refinance and restructure of my investment loan then helped me be in a better position to purchase a new property with my Partner. We are so thrilled that we've been able to get into the market during this difficult time with the amazing help and expertise from Joel and his team. We needed a quick turn around on a loan approval to secure our house and Joel manage to get it through within 24hrs.

  Joel and Bridgette were extremely helpful and informative every step of the way. They communicated well helping us understand our borrowing situation and we ultimately achieved our goal of purchasing a new property. There broking service was particularly helpful with securing a good interest rate especially with myself being self-employed.
