  Very poor communication. Unreasonable and a terrible business to deal with. Calling consumer affairs to get my full refund. Refund due to being told the order will not be available for 9 weeks or more almost 3 weeks after ordering. Then stating they will be taking an ‘admin fee’ .. beware. Money hungry

  I had no knowledge of water pumps at all but was tasked with finding a replacement urgently for family who were flooded. The family had no time as busy dealing with the cleanup. Everyone at ASC were patient, helpful, informative, and very kind. Small details like sending tracking info to my family as well as me (the buyer) was thoughtful. Called about 5 different suppliers and these people stood out at every instance. When the first preference wasn’t available due to supply issues (not their doing) they upgraded for us at no extra cost due to the urgency and circumstances. The level of kindness and empathy from a business was refreshing. Thank you to Garth, and the team.

  we were not home to receive delivery, have left instructions where we would like the tank to be left, received photos on phone to show position and also where the extra attachments were left

  ASC Water Tanks Have been outstanding in their service, courtesy and helpfulness. i loved how their website is easy to navigate and assists you to see what the total price is straight away.
  I called several times to ask questions until I was able to confidently order the tank for my specific needs. Anant (CEO) attended to my enquiries himself and assisted me every step of the way, including collaborating with the plumber Adam Collins of T & P Plumbing Services regarding correctly ordering everything I needed for the installation. He even gave a small discount so I could use AfterPay and also expedited the special order so delivery can be as fast as possible. I highly recommend ASC to anyone needing a water tank. Thank you

  Great place to get water tanks from! The staff are very friendly, helpful and quick! Prices are really good too!! Highly recommended 👍
