The entire team at Arrow were friendly, helpful and full of really good energy - they quickly identified what our issues were, what the needs were and moved quickly to implement what was necessary for our firm; giving us what was right for us and not trying to steer us to bigger or more expensive options. Couldn't recommend them more highly!

Great system migration and deployment via the 8x8 platform provided. Project management was good and overall customer service is exemplary compared to other providers used historically. A pro-active local customer service team that addresses issues promptly. Simon Rea is a responsive Account Manager and well supported by Rannel Gamez and other customer service team members such as Bindi Doshi.
