We have had actually great service from Able Liquid and they usually regularly empty our grease trap every few months. Yesterday our drains were starting to flood and then we noticed an issue, we called Able Liquid to see when they last emptied the grease trap and it was in February 2022. When we asked why they haven't emptied it since, the office lady said due to COVID they missed it. Okay, understood, but can they get a truck down today to empty it? they said no, only on Monday, yet we operate on the weekend. Our lines are flooding NOW as we speak and they said they can't do anything. I am so reluctant to give a negative review to a company that served us so well over the years and now this. If they won't serve us, we need to find someone else asap.

Have been getting my grease trap pumped out by Able for the last decade and have never had any issues. They are always on time and complete their jobs, paying close attention to detail.
