Good range
First time I went in I was served by a more 'experienced' gentleman who knew exactly what I wanted and where it was, good service particularly when it was only a $2.50 sale.
Second time was a younger bloke, poor attitude, may have known his stuff but certainly wasn't bending over backwards to help.
Will never buy at this store ever, the young male serving seems very bored and uninterested in serving. His attitude was poor enough that I left and spent $300 in Harvey Norman instead. Am not going to stand there, copping his aloof attitude! management, get the young adult some customer service training or hire people that make you want to spend money in your store! you definitely lost a sale because of his service on Thursday 23rd, (just to narrow it down for you! )
Friendly helpful staff
Helpful people, heaps of electronic parts etc ,if they haven't got it they will get it in and the prices are reasonable.
Worth a visit
Helpful staff, lots of fun stuff to have a look at. Would recommend.
Caused more problems to my phone than there were when I first took it in. Extremely rude when questioned about it. Terrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend.
Heaps of goodies
My ipod worked perfectly but had a cracked screen before I took it to Anvil, now it has an extra pressure area on the screen, a new crack, my screen is white and the power button no longer works (which it did before I took to them to repair as I had used it to turn it off as I had been playing music on it in spite of the crack in the screen). I would NOT recommend this business to anyone.
