Store is big. Good place to buy outdoor gear.
It was hard to find staff but when we did they were knowledgeable and helpful. We hardly had any wait in the check out.

The shoe area was messy and needed a clean up. They do not have most sizes in all the shoe ranges. We wasted ages looking at all the boxes to find the right shoe and size. In the end we didn't buy shoes.

I just saved $7.05 on the exact same item, Camelbak chute bottle 1.5L delivered FREE to my door in 2-5 business days.
The company I DID do business with has a store in Queensland and South Australia. Don't waste your time reading thru "10" conditions of price matching this company has set out as they won't price match a company that has a store in South Australia, bizarre 🙀and are really not interested in being competitive at all and can't be bothered with customer service.

None of the items on the Web page were found, really annoying when me and my girlfriend used a lot of time getting to the store. We will never come back and never recommend the store to anyone.

I don't understand why people could not like this store. Amazing prices. I got all of my camping stuff from here with great prices and good services.

Shambolic stock management. If you do manage to find the item you're after good luck trying to spot the price (seemingly deliberate pricing obfuscation). With the exception of the cycling section, staff can be hard to find and then painful to deal with. Don't even bother attempting a price match. Even if you're absolutely entitled to the better price (meeting all their price match conditions), staff will tend to go out of their way to prove you wrong. They'll waste 20mins of your time and theirs over a 5-10% difference. I honestly don't know how this place survives.

I went in to buy a backpack for a holiday I was about to take and I was lucky I had done some research beforehand because the staff were completely useless in helping me. The person who came to assist was a very young person who spent most of the time bouncing a basketball and when asking him about the backpack looked very confused about every question. I then walked around the store with the same backpack for nearly an hour and not a single person offered to assist me. If I wasn't in a rush (I needed it for the next day) and that being the only store that sold the brand of backpack I was looking for I would have walked out. Not what you would expect from a store that specialises in camping and hiking gear.

On saturday i went to do a bike service, the staff told me to come back early on monday morning at 9 oclock, but he ends up having his day off on monday. leaving me at the store waiting for him for an hour without any notification or anyone help me. This store totally sucks. They only care about selling. YOU SHOULD NEVER GO THERE ANY MORE! why cant i give a 0 star to them.

I was searching for options for a bike carrier for my car. On the web I identified Anaconda had a range which didn't require a tow bar. I visited the store, and the manager led me to the relevant area of the store. the sales rep was awesome. Talked me through all the options and took the time to understand my specific requirements. Very friendly, and I'm happy with the purchase

Nate not only fixed my bike on the spot, but also shared a bunch of tips to maintain my bike and on some riding gear I was interested in. Can't thank him enough, as it's rare to get service like Nate's these days, particularly in large stores that are usually understaffed.
