Very poor customer service and staff not demonstrating that they care when things don’t go well. I found reception to be rude and accounts to not be understanding / accomodating. Firstly my property was damaged during termite barrier treatment and I was offered a discount to fix broken tiles. Called with my credit card details to pay invoice and the transaction was processed 5 weeks later following an overdue reminder. When I asked why they had held my card details so long and why they keep trying to charge the original amount without the discount they did not respond to the email and instead sent another overdue reminder. Would not recommend, instead find a company who demonstrates they value your business and is willing to provide quality service.

They were able to send someone out on the day I phoned for rodent removal He was on time and very thorough. I was so relieved when he found the source of the odour. He deodorised the roof space as well.
