We relocated from a 4 bedroom home in Auckland back to Adelaide. The move commenced in November 2020 and after 6.5 months in their opinion it is now completed. In the process we have lost a carton of clothes and they have destroyed a BBQ that was in a near new condition. After under quoting for our move from Auckland in November last year, once we had arrived in Australia we were told they underestimated the volume of our goods; we were told to pay an increased fee or they couldn't guarantee a quick transfer of our goods. We promptly paid and here we are 6.5 months later as described above.

Their National Operations Manager doesn't want to know, in fact when I emailed him today he mistakenly copied me in to an email to his team saying "If he contacts anyone again, refer him to me". I was simply seeking compensation for the lost and damaged goods. I wasn't rude in anyway.

In short this business treats its customers with contempt. This is the 2nd time I have used them for an international move; my mistake for giving them a second chance. Avoid!!!

First time using allied to move interstate and I couldn't recommend them enough! Friendly helpful service. Special thanks to Matt from Adelaide, what an amazing guy, his packing skills are awesome. Very polite professional and careful with all our items. On the other end, on the Gold Coast, the crew that came to unpack the truck were fabulous, went above and beyond. Hopefully I'll not be moving again but if I do, I'll definitely be using Allied Pickfords.

Excellent service with experience advice and handling of my treasures and furniture.
The Boys were extremely helpful and very careful in making sure no marks or knocks occurred.

Poor communication. I had to keep following up on the move date and delivery date. Paying 8.400 I thought we would have a better service. They sent the wrong truck on the move day that was requested on the job sheet. So we had to use our Ute to transfer all our belongings to the truck .Marble Table that we paid to be crated wasn't and was broken on arrival. We have used Allied before but won't be again.

Great service. Packed well and quickly into container. I packed most of my stuff. ALLIED packed furniture and Tv's and 2 large paintings. Supplied good boxes and paper. Goods arrived in excellent condition.
