We organised Lite Moves in Coffs Harbour to move our stuff to Adelaide, the day before they were to collect it, they rang and said they couldn't do it, consequently we lost the rental property we had managed to obtain. Due to their incompetence we are still living in a caravan. We then rang Across Australia Removalists who bent over backwards to move our furniture. Everyone was very competent, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They also arranged storage for us. Would highly recommend them.

I went with AAR as I liked their service and price. They were middle of the range price and the customer service agent went above and beyond to work through the logistics to coordinate delivery on time for me.
They were very clear that they did not want to take my job if I was going to get stuffed around. I totally agreed.
Unfortunately that is where the good service stopped. My delivery got picked up on time, and was packed well and then they outsourced the job to another removalists to deliver (I was not aware of this).
My stuff was due to arrive on a Thursday and I was due to start a new job in a new state on Monday. I rang AAR on the Tuesday and was advised my stuff was still on track for the Thursday and advised that the new company would call me re delivery.
To cut a long (and painful) story short, I got a lot of runaround as when pushed by me, the new company advised my stuff was still in Brisbane and would not be delivered until the following Thursday ( a week late).
I had to chase and chase to get my stuff delivered by Sunday (by yet another company).
There was NO follow through by AAR to see if my stuff got delivered. And no apology or hint of the good customer service that was very promising in the beginning.

Our choice to go with Across Australia Removals was beyond all expectations. They are the best furniture removals I have used and highly recommend what they offer. I have done lots of moving and they are outstanding in so many ways. Communication, going out of their way to work with our preferences, very well priced, so informative and all of them were all so pleasant and friendly from start to finish. We were so grateful also to the awesome and outstanding driver and his co worker that also shared such outstanding ways of getting the move done with such ease.

Gino and Adrian were absolute first class and I highly recommend the services offered by Across Australia Removals.
Not only was the communication top notch from the get go, they were punctual, caring and incredibly personable.
I moved goods from Adelaide to Perth whilst being located in Perth at the time and the team made it as easy (if not easier) as if I was in Adelaide myself.
If you want to know your belongings are in safe hands from seasoned 'Pro's' then give these guys a shout.

Just had a household of stuff moved from Adelaide to the Gold Coast and couldn’t be happier. Gino arranged it perfectly and it all went ahead smoothly. Adrian and co from Auzstar removals did an absolutely brilliant job - friendly, courteous and knew their stuff. Everything arrived 100%! A lot better than the bigger companies as goes door to door rather than rail, so a lot quicker and cheaper. Highly recommend!
