Superior Service & Best Prices. The Customer service representative remembered how he quoted my order for from 12 months prior. I simply listed quantities and engraving text under each badge type as selected from the website and emailed a word document. No trouble for the staff of AJ Parkes to process my order and return an invoice the same day enabling me to verify details and process payment that evening. That's Superior Australian Customer Service. Thank you for making my life easier.
