Appalling customer service. No option to phone and multiple emails go unanswered. I have used this product for 3 years, recently came upon a faulty product and heard nothing in response to my emails. Avoid this company and shop where you will receive good product and exceptional customer service.

Cosmetics are good, but the customer service is terrible. If you need anything or there's something wrong with your order, forget you'll ever receive any response to your emails. I've been trying to get in touch with them for the last 3 weeks and currently still waiting for their response! For the premium price you charge for your cosmetics, you should do much better than that! Very disappointing.

I’m in love with all the Aesthetics RX products although my all time favourite is the Ultimate serum as my skin has been amazing since I’ve added this to my skincare regime. Everybody wants to know my secret!!!

Loving my Ultimate serum it’s the most amazing product I’ve used. My skin looks so fresh and is glowing since I’ve starting using the ARX products purchased from Silk Laser Clinics

I use a range of their products Vitamin A, B and C as well as their moistures and highly recommend them. It helped with my dark circles around the eyes from my skin being dehydrated. Really happy with their products.
