Fabulous. Very caring staff and very attentive. They kept me informed of my dogs (Marlies) progress at all times. Could not fault anything about the vet or the service. A big thank you to Dr Sam and a super thank you to Shivana for the care she gave Marlie. You guys are awesome. Highly recommend.

I cant thank Advance enough for what they have done for our dog. They saved here when others had no hope. The compassion, and care was above and beyond. As a vet nurse myself, these guys are truly a clinic that all others should look up to. Thankyou x

Sincere and utmost thanks to Sam for being so caring and compassionate to both my dog and I this year. My now 14 year old doggie had two major surgeries this year at AVC and Sam was amazing for both. He was very clear and thorough in explaining all the facts and very understanding/supportive of me as a worried owner. His surgical expertise is second to none, and I would not hesitate to recommend Sam to anyone needing surgery for their pets!

Im still waiting for Sam to call me very very sad . Everything is just about money. Is not about your dog but money and play with you feeling . Is not a minute of my life hi don't tink about my beautiful Oscar .We were told from lort smith was not hope for Oscar because he had a tumor between is kidney .So the refer us to Advanced vetcare .We try to save hours Oscar .We were told if he would came out from the operation he may have a chance .About money yes not in paper but vocal 4000 to 5000 thousands of dollars .Yes my beautiful baby make tru the operation .The operating on Friday he was doing not to bad on Monday the give me back Oscar and hi was told to bring him back Wednesday for some blood test ..Back Wednesday in this place hi was told Oscar didn't have much to live because is tumor was very aggressive .and he may live a month or less but the dint no. The still took Oscar in the ather room for blood test the change me with one more bill after paying nearly 8000 dollars ad just told my dog was dying and suggested to go home have same quality time and go back to put him to sleep .Way all this ? The only play with your feelings for them is only about money .And talking about the nasty women in the front desk and the people now the one am talking about she worst in the Gestapo .the are ather girl very beautiful ,but the one hi mean is only one if she was able to put anything more in theth invoice she would have .And she actually did. Horrible day always stuck in my life after the blood test 1 hour later my beautiful Oscar dying in my harm . Total cost 4000 dollars for lort smith and 8000for your people .All thi is very painful and you new all the way my Oscar was very sick but you play with the family feeling .You got the money but remember money is not everything but onesty is .To you Sam your never return my phone call .for you was the money for me my feelings .

Fantastic, professional, honest and caring. 10 stars!
I first took one of my Labradors for surgery with Sam at Advanced Vetcare, 10 years ago and was very impressed with the care she received. Then 8 years ago, to have my Labrador Henrietta's OCD hock fused, which has allowed to her to live a quality and pain free life. When Henrietta was recently diagnosed with chondrosarcoma I was 100 % happy and confident to return to see Sam, knowing I would get expert advice and care. Sam has just performed a rib resection and I feel like Henrietta's life has been saved.

I wanted to thank all of the wonderful staff at Advanced Vetcare from the bottom of my heart for all of the love and care they provided to my little cat Olive recently. She was very sick and they were so comforting and kind to me through a very difficult time. I will never forget this and will speak very highly of your services.

Our dog ate some chocolate and we only realised it after almost 12hrs. We rushed our dog on a sat night to Advanced Vet @ Kensington and this is the most honest vet we've come across so far.
The nurse gathered all information and facts I have bout this incident. Went into the room discussed with the vet and came out to tell us that base on the facts we have, we shouldn't be worrying too much. Unless we insist to see the vet, or else we may go home and keep monitoring our dog.
If this is somewhere else I believe that even evaluating our facts the vet might have charged us consultation fee. But Advanced Vet didn't do that.
Thank you you all for being so honest. From now onwards our dogs will only come to you.response / report this review -

Our special little pug needed serious spinal surgery and as scared as we were going into it, if he or any other dog ever neeed something like that again (let's hope not) I would not hesitate one bit to go back to Sam and his team at Advanced Vetcare. They are amazing and they seem to be the top of their tree, absolute miracle workers. If you ever need any help or even just a knowledgeable opinion on anything spinal related, don't waste time with middle men, just come straight here. They are terrific people and they are the best equipped to take care of your loved ones. They really do care!

Peter and I cannot speak more highly of the service and attention my "Sunshine" received when attending the most caring of vets Dr Clint Yudelman and would recommend in a crisis going to Advanced Vet Care for their specialist treatment. Sadly Sunshine was not able to be saved, but we did give her the very best chance in going to Kensington. Clint's out of hours emails and research was exemplary and over weekends too. Thank you also to the team for the perfect card received saying how much they cared when Sunshine had to be put to sleep.

ADVANCED RIP OFFS !!!
Our dog went in for soft palate removal and a retained testicle removal.
PROBLEM 1) After 2 phone calls with the clinic, them checking with the vet and calling me back they agreed to remove just the 1 retained testicle, on consultation the vet out right refused to do this and said the procedure would only go ahead if I agreed to removing both. I felt bullied and this was against my wishes, but I agreed, as he explained it could be in the best interest of my dog.
•••Over the phone I was quoted $1900 for soft palate and $500 for testicle removal. •••
Problem 2) When we went in this morning, in the clinic where they perform surgeries that require a 12hour fasting, they have a water bowl right at the counter where you have to fill in forms. Why is this in such a dumb place and not off to the side? Who knows. My dog drank from this, little to my knowledge, which then caused complications during his surgery.
•••my dog vomited during surgery and the soft palate did not go ahead•••
Problem 3) as the desexing still went ahead I assumed I just be paying the 'extra $500' I was originally quoted.
BUT NO!!!! This procedure cost a total of $1700, yes you read that correct ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS to desex my dog. This includes $145 for the 5 minute consult where I was bullied into doing something I didn't want.
So, in conclusion I DO NOT recommend this clinic, not only do you have to take a second mortgage on you home to afford desexing, you could probably find somewhere cheaper and nicer, that would do a better jobresponse / report this review -

I actually can not believe this Advance vet care is rated at 4 stars WHAT A JOKE!!!!!
ATTENTION!!!!! Anyone with an artic breed DO NOT GO HERE!!!
My husky went to have done a simple MRI scan, for anyone that does not know anestic for arctic dogs should only be that of a quarter of the dose to that of a non arctic breed, my husky that is 9 at the time was given the full dosage, for the next 3 months he would drag his legs, he could not jump into the car no more and even fell over consistently, I kept ringing back this vet and they kept reassuring me another 24 hours and he will be fine, so being as upset I was seeing he is my best friend I rang asking for the owner of this practice, they told me to come down so I could meet him there, he didn't care less and was more upset that I had pulled him away from his holiday house in dormant oh and threaten me he will call the police because I was at this point I was frustrated of the treatment my husky and I had gone though that was 18 months + ago and still he has never recovered and still drags his legs!!!!! NOT ONCE DID THEY EVER RING ME OR IN ANYWAY MAKE SOME CONTACT IF MY HUSKY WAS GETTING BETTER OR TO OFFER TREATMENT!!!!!!
THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THERE SMILES AT THIS PLACE!!!!! PATHETIC!!!!!
