The spinal decompression really works to relieve mild to moderate spinal disk bulges. I have had issues with disc bulges in the past and even had 2 surgeries. I almost had to have another discectomy but instead I tried a course of spinal decompression for 5 days in a row and it actually alleviated the sciatic pain completely. So now I go once a week just for maintenance.
If you have any sciatic pains due to a disk bulge, definitely try the decompression.

Active Again, has done some great work with my knee problem. I have Osteo Arthritis in my knee, and was in pain and unable to perform anything that required me to kneel down and then get up again. After 2 treatments I noticed quite a difference, and after the 5th treatment I had no pain at all, and was able to do things for the first time in many months. I would recommend Alex and the clinic for anyone experiencing this type of issue.

Seeking increased pain relief following Bariatric surgery in January, I commenced a plan of regular Deep Tissue Laser Therapy in March. Results were encouraging after each treatment. In June, Spinal & Neck Decompression was added to the treatment plan specifically for lumbar and neck pain.

Together with improved diet, exercise and the regular treatments, my recovery has been cost effective, quick and easy. Well done to the helpful, professional staff. I am happy to recommend Active Again at Broadbeach.
