Freezing cold in the movie, sticky floors, dirty blocked toilets. Good point, seating in movies were comfortable.

Really disgusted. I am a 14 year old girl watching a movie,, then all of a sudden I'm in airport security! The man who tells you which cinema your in asked to check my bag and there's nothing wrong with that but it's just strange.. umm what do you thinks in my bag! It was all cool with him checking it then he took it off my shoulders and started rummaging through my bag and I had personal (girl) thing in there!! Then he literally threw my bag at me then said cinema 5 like what the heck mate!! Hightly disappointed

Just like any other cinema. But for one thing.
I spent a total of 64 bucks here today. I wanted to put my little girl's medium popcorn,drink and chocolate bar in a large box and was told I wasn't to do that. $64 and Ace can't stretch to a larger container. Bang on cue my daughter managed to spill her popcorn.

Gold lounge Rockingham WA.
Comfortable seats But unfortunately in both the cinema and the lounge area, the seats were covered in crumbs. Ecen wedged down the side of the seats. Clearly not cleaned properly in a long time.
The toilets were very average and could do with a good scrub.
The over all took of the gold lounge and cinema was very average. At $29 for a ticket to see Alien, I was disappointed with the standard of the cinema.

Gold class is good. Get free soft drink amd popcorn with ticket. Chair are in pairs of two.
Only downside is only the leg part of recliner comes up and down. Can not change angle or back.response / report this review -

The gold class cinema here is good. The chairs are in sets of 2 and each have a table. They bring you food and drinks and you can order anything else at anytime - all without missing the movie. It would be better if the cinema screen was not so far away.
We received a fee popcorn and soft drink with each ticket purchase. There was additional charges for the 3D glasses (not included in ticket price).response / report this review
