Although I was impressed initially by the fact the estate is close to train station and comes with free landscaping and smart home package, but unfortunately to my disappointment I have recently found out, the landscaping requires site cleaning and excavation work to be done and the purchaser has to bear all expense even though there is no clear mention of this on our contract. Developer's excuse is that they have sent us an EDM via email after settlement and considers this as an agreement between two parties.

Wetlands, which has been one of the attractions of the estate, has been left half done from middle of the year and no maintenance done even when the surrounding estates have been constantly working on development works throughout the covid19.

There has been no progress whatsoever with any facilities in this estate. Even the overall cleanliness is lacking.
High promises and low delivery unfortunately. What about the wetlands?
Unsafe entry point and no camera?
Other estates have all these basic covered and all the fellow residents are just waiting and complaining. Someone must act in time
and what’s here in the name of cricket except the street names???

The good things-
-Paige (from Accolade) has been extremely helpful
-We have been lucky to have the nicest neighbours
