I took my car in with a scraped series of marks along my cars side skirt.
I was prepared to have to get the panel resprayed. Instead they had a quick polish of the spot with a more aggressive compound than I'd been using, resolved it completely and sent me on my way without charge.
I really appreciated the honesty and willingness to help without a business incentive, and would recommend them if you want a fair, customer service oriented job completed.response / report this review -

Amazing customer service and even better repairs on my car. I won't be going anywhere else if I need panel work. Give Adam a call and he will look after you.

blown away with the service provided by Adam and his team! I had never dealt with an insurance claim before and they were so helpful in the steps that i needed to take going forward and did an absolutely amazing job on my car. I can’t recommend them enough and am so thankful for them for taking the stress out of my car getting hit. Thanks again Adam & Richmond Panels!!

My experience with Richmond panels was nothing but superb.
Adam and his team are absolutely amazing. Very Genuinely kind and extremely helpful people they provided me with nothing but the very best service as they truly care about their customers.. I felt very valued and important . Highly recommend them to everyone I know.
