My mom was defended by Able Defence Lawyers when she faced charges for negligent driving causing grievous bodily harm. She would have faced up to a year of disqualification, 9 months of imprisonment, lost her job as a bus driver, and paid hefty fines if she didn't have proper representation. With the help of Able Defence Lawyers, she was not convicted, did not lose her license, and did not pay any fine.

My wife faced charges that would have required her to pay more than $5000, 2 years disqualification, and 2 years imprisonment. But with the help of Able Defence Lawyers, the habitual traffic offender declaration was quashed. She was not allowed to drive for 24 months and was placed on S9 good behaviour bond for 18 months.

All of my situation started to go horribly wrong when I tried to represent myself on some recent charges. The situation was not good and I was looking at the real possibility of loosing my job and possible time in prison. Had I just hired you in the first place, I could have easily avoided all of this stress. You not only represented me better then I could have every hoped, but the outcome was way better then I would have imagined. Basically I now need to make sure everything is good for 18 months and my life can be normal once again.

Recently I had a matter where I needed good legal representation for some silly choices that could have easily been avoided. I was facing a reasonably long period of time where my license could have been suspended. I am glad I hired your help because it meant that my time off the road was a few weeks (instead of a few years). If I had of tried to do this on my own, it would have been a very different outcome so thanks once again for your help.
