WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IMAGINABLE, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

So I went in to this store with my girlfriend because she wanted to sell some of her old jewellery only to be insulted by the owner because I asked for directions to the location to sell the items, he disrespectfully said, what can't you see the big wall that says cash converters behind the building, his attitude was so poor my girlfriend was shocked and didn't know how to respond, I rang to complain and request an apology and he laughed and hung up, BEWARE if doing business with these people that you may be treated like dirt and publicly humiliated.
